Courtney Capazzi

My meditation practice began before I knew what mindfulness was. As a child, I would lie in bed every evening doing body scans, visualizing my body melting into the surface beneath me. This practice helped with my anxiety and unexplained joint pain. Years later my symptoms were diagnosed as chronic Lyme disease, and I began healing through nutrition. When experiencing a radical change in my health, I continued to explore various mediums of holistic medicine. It was then I discovered meditation and realized my lifelong practice had a name.

I decided to turn my passion into a career and became a certified mindfulness instructor and sound practitioner, while also, pursuing a masters in clinical nutrition. I am blessed to have the opportunity to share my passion for mindfulness and nutrition to help others transform their own health. I continue to learn and create every day and consider myself a student of life.
